A year at this house

I just realized we have been in this house for over a year! It also means Katy dog has been gone for over a year. I sure do miss her, she was a really wonderful friend. I was looking through the pictures on my computer and found this one of Katy and me that Jeff took a long time ago - probably at our first house. She was such a good doggy.


Now I have Genevieve! Here's that shaggy face again :) She doesn't look like that right now because we had her shaved for the summer, but she's SOOOO cute like this! Poor Gen got sick yesterday and made a huge mess in the library and then vomited all over the house. What a nice thing to wake up too! I think she's feeling better this morning. I included a photo of Zoe dog too. She's a good dog.




The other day, Mom remembered a book I used to have a long time ago about a silly owl and some adventures he has. She told Cam a couple of the stories that she remembered and I felt all nostalgic. Yesterday, we were at a toy store in Seattle and I saw it on the book shelf, so we got it so I can read it to Cammy boy. He is very excited. Here's the book:
